Designed for all levels of incontinence. This product should be paired with a cloth or disposable diaper. I bought these, and I was impressed with the tightness on the front and back, keeping the diaper snug. Also, the tight waist and legs prevent leaks and smells, but the sides are quite loose, not sure why there's so much slack on the sides.

Sizing is accurate and fits well. It's a lot easier to put on and more durable than the latex briefs.
