We are not simply sending out whatever product is asked for. We are trying to solve a problem for you, so tell us the things that feel awkward to write down, like:

What You Will Receive
There is no fixed sample pack. If we are helping with sizing, we may send more than one size to compare. If you are unsure between two absorbency levels, we may send both. What arrives depends entirely on what you tell us.

Is this really free?+
Yes. Finding a product that fits makes all the difference, so we would rather you try before you buy. No cost, no obligation, no catch. Free shipping, directly to your door.
Some remote locations aren't eligible for free shipping due to the high surcharges carriers apply to these areas. We'd still be happy to send your free samples, as long as you're able to cover the shipping cost.
Can I choose which product I receive?+
Tell us what you have in mind and we will take it into account. Our aim is to match you with the option most likely to work for you, so after hearing about your needs we may suggest something you had not considered. If we send an alternative, we will explain why.
What if my request is not approved?+
We will let you know by email. Approval mainly comes down to your purchase history with us or our partnered retailers. We would love to say yes to everyone, but having a few limits keeps samples available for the people who need them most.
