Most importantly, these latex briefs are waterproof and make excellent swim briefs by fitting snug at the legs to prevent water from seeping into the diaper.

    Great for a snug fit over diapers

    These seamless latex briefs keep a diaper in a very snug fit around you. I hadn't planned on it, but these work really well for supporting a diaper while out on a run. I prefer a less-tight fit in some circumstances, but this is a nice option.

    High quality. Crotch could be wider for each corresponding size. I wear a large in Rearz disposable diapers and I needed a Medium in the latex cover to have the waist fit tight enough.

    Purchased size by using the size chart. They are a little big. Maybe next size down would have been great. The feel of latex is great though.

    Bought one pair in large . They seemed a light to big . So i bought another pair in medium . Perfect with or without a diaper .. Leg opening seal great and are comfortable . even bought two more . I did chlorinate all my briefs . They are much easier to get on and will last a lot longer.
