Why a request might be declined
Our supply of samples is limited, which means we are not able to say yes to everyone. If we cannot fill your request, it is not a judgement about you or your needs. Requests are most often declined when:
- Our records, or those of a retail partner, show you have ordered with us before. Samples are set aside for people who have not tried our products yet.
- A similar product has already been purchased, either from us or from a retailer we work with.
- We reached out to confirm a few details and were not able to reach you.
- We received a duplicate request under the same name, address or household.
If you believe a decision was made in error, contact us and we will gladly take another look. We ask only that you keep things kind when you do. The people reading these requests are doing their best to get supplies to those who need them most.
