The Silence Pant is breathable and stretchy, making it the most comfortable leak protection for daily active wear. It also decreases the noise of many styles of briefs.

Designed for light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend pairing this pant with a hybrid system such as a disposable diaper or booster pad that has an adhesive strip to hold it in place. This combines the benefits of a disposable product and waterproof protection. Silence Pants can also be used with a cloth diaper or washable pad.

Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

    These diaper covers work great. They definitely muffle the rustle of plastic-backed diapers and they offer another level of protection against leaks. I bought the XL sized ones and they do fit a tad big, but that's so they have room for even the bulkiest of diapers. I highly recommend them

    Very comfortable and gives excellent coverage for me as a heavy wetter, great for hot weather and active life. Second pair I have ordered. Easy fast clean up and drying.

    These pants are great!! Very quiet. Sizing is pretty right on if not a bit big. Very comfortable. Liked the first one so well I re-ordered additional pairs. I highly recommend especially if you need discretion.
