Clean Items All products must be clean when returned.
Unopened Disposables Disposables must be in their original, unopened bags.
Return Shipping The cost of shipping your return is paid by the customer.

Where We Accept Returns
We accept returns from within Canada only. International orders cannot be returned. If you are outside of Canada, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to help you find a solution.
