UPS Access Points Now Available To Canadian Customers!

We're pleased to introduce a new shipping option for our Canadian customers — UPS Access Point delivery. This service allows you to have your order shipped to a convenient UPS pickup location near you.

This option is ideal for customers who may not be available to receive deliveries at home or who simply prefer the convenience of picking up their order at a time that works for them.

How It Works

During checkout, select the UPS Access Point delivery method and choose your preferred pick-up location.

Please note: your order must include a valid residential address. This information is used to verify your identity at the time of pickup. If a valid address is not provided, the Access Point will be unable to release your package. Our team will not process UPS Access Point shipments if you do not provide a valid address.

Location Availability

On occasion, a selected Access Point location may be temporarily unavailable — most commonly because the location is unable to accept additional packages at that time.

If this occurs, our team will reach out to confirm an alternative location that works for you. If we are unable to reach you, we will either redirect your shipment to the nearest available Access Point or, if no suitable location is available, cancel the order and issue a full store credit so you can reorder at your convenience.

No Collection Fees

Your shipment label will include a D2R designation, which confirms it is a UPS Access Point delivery and that all holding fees are covered by UPS. There is no charge to collect your package.

If a location does attempt to charge a pickup fee, please direct them to check the shipping label for the D2R code — your package should be released at no cost. You are also welcome to contact us while at the location, and we will speak with the staff on your behalf to resolve the matter.

If you would prefer not to dispute the charge at the time of pickup, that is completely understandable. Simply request a receipt, and contact our customer service team afterward. We will work with you to arrange a refund with UPS.
