We've had to make some additional changes to our Canadian store to better manage inventory and create a smoother shopping experience for you. We know change after change can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. These updates set us up for more reliable service going forward. This should be the last update to this degree.
Your Account & Login Information
We've successfully migrated all customer accounts to our updated platform. However, for security purposes, all passwords will need to be reset when you log in for the first time.
Unfortunately, order history was not preserved during the migration. Don't worry—we still have your records! Simply contact us from your original order email address, and our team will be happy to provide any past invoices or order information you need.

Changes to Recurring Orders
Please note that due to logistical constraints, we will no longer be able to offer recurring orders to customers outside of the USA. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
